working volumes are representative values and may vary between manufacturers.
This calculator is intended to support protocol planning and experimental discussion.
But still an early-stage prototype.
Although reasonable efforts have been made to verify the underlying
calculations and reference values, users should independently validate all
outputs, assay suitability, and manufacturer recommendations before
conducting experiments.
